Le Piphaneau is a modernised farmhouse situated in the north-west of the department of the Dordogne approximately half way between the towns of Angoulême and Périgueux.

The house stands on its own, the nearest neighbour is 500 mètres away, surrounded by two acres of grassland and fruit trees and with its own private swimming pool.

It is a peaceful and mainly secluded situation with beautiful views over hilly countyside.

The interior is furnished in a traditional manner with tiled and wooden floors, stone walls, exposed beams (some low) and several antique pièces of furniture.
